Where individuals who commit them can be put on trial at the International Criminal Court (ICC) according to their jurisdiction. Currently, the State of Bolivia is receiving international attention due to allegations of crimes against humanity committed by the former president of the State of Bolivia himself. Juan Evo Morales, former President of the State of Bolivia has ordered his supporters to block or close the entry of covid-10 aid for the people of Bolivia. The goal is to cause suffering and misery for the people of Bolivia in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic, with full awareness that this Pandemic can impact/cause death to the Bolivians. By looking at the Rome Statute of 1998 and the jurisdiction owned by the ICC, Juan Evo Morales has committed Crimes Against Humanity and the ICC has the authority put Juan Evo Morales on trial. The research method used is Normative Legal, with Statute and Conceptual Approach. National development in Indonesia is philosophically based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, as Pancasila is the way of life of the Indonesian nation. The essence of national development is to realize national goals, one of which concerns social welfare. Social welfare is closely related to economic development. The Indonesian nation is currently making efforts to accelerate economic development towards stability and economic growth by paying attention to aspects of economics overeignty. Efforts to accelerate economic development are achieved through investment by making maximum use of fertilization and utilization of domestic investment and foreign investment. In 2022, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia promulgated Law Number 3 of 2022 concerning the National Capital which regulates there location of the National Capital, one of which is due to the economic gap between Java and outside Java and there are studie swhich show that Jakarta is no longer able to carry out its role as the capital city. The Government of the Republic of Indonesia needs investors to support facilities and infrastructure in the new National Capital.&nbsp; The Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning or the National Land Agency emphasized that it would provide convenience for land matters, spatial planning and business licensing to attract investors to invest in the National Capital City. One way to facilitate this matter is bygranting land rights in the form of building user rights for 160 (one hundred and sixty) years to investors. Salah satu permasalahan yang perlu diatasi menuju Indonesia Emas 2045 adalah korupsi yang masif di Indonesia Korupsi merupakan salah satu tindak pidana yang menimbulkan kerugian bagi keuangan Indonesia dimana berdasarkan data dari ICW pada tahun 2022 total kerugian negara yang dialami oleh Indonesia mencapai 42,747 triliun rupiah. Beberapa alternatif selain hukuman pidana penjara bagi pelaku tindak pidana korupsi bisa dijadikan referensi bagi Indonesia seperti di Jepang dengan menerapkan sanksi sosialnya yang menimbulkan rasa malu bagi pelaku tindak pidana korupsi, atau di Jerman yang menerapkan aturan bagi pelaku tindak pidana korupsi untuk melakukan pengembalian nilai uang korupsi kepada negara. Indonesia berusaha mengatasi disparitas dalam pemidanaan terhadap pelaku tindak pidana korupsi dengan mengeluarkan Peraturan Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia Nomor 1 Tahun 2020 tentang Salinan Pedoman Pemidanaan Pasal 2 dan Pasal 3 Undang-Undang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi. This study uses social learning theory because it is closely related to taxpayer awareness. Through tax socialization provided by the tax authorities, taxpayers obtain tax knowledge about tax law. The problem in this study is to examine the legal certainty of the voluntary disclosure program on taxpayer awareness in the HPP Law. Law Number 7 of 2021 concerning Harmonization of Tax Regulations, namely the government wants to continue to increase taxpayer voluntary compliance, the reform steps taken through the HPP Law are through several things, namely by strengthening tax administration (KUP), taxpayer voluntary disclosure programs (PPS), and broadening the tax base which aims to create justice and equality through policy improvements in income tax, VAT, excise and the introduction of carbon tax. The effect of the voluntary disclosure program in the Harmonization of Tax Regulations Act has an influence on taxpayer awareness, which can be seen in the 2022 komwasjak, the realization of tax revenue reached Rp2,034.5 trillion. Finance Minister Sri Mulyani noted that tax revenue had reached IDR 1,387.78 trillion in September 2023. This value reached 80.78% of this year's target. In statutory provisions and in customary law practice, there is not a single basis that explains that panai debt' can be used as a reason for divorce between husband and wife. So the reason for divorce is due to non-payment of Uang Panai. What will be examined in this study are: How is the position of Uang Panai in marriage for the Bugis-Makassar community? And can Panai debt be used as a reason for divorce? From this analysis, the position of Uang Panai' in marriage for the Bugis-Makassar community is one of the conditions that must be met by a man if he wants to marry a Bugis-Makasaar woman and Panai' debt cannot be used as a reason for divorce, panai debt is only one of the factors that causes quarrels between husband and wife which is the basis for the judge to grant the lawsuit.</em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Hutang Panai’ Sebagai Alasan Perceraian Dalam Masyarat Adat Suku Bugis-Makassar (Studi Kasus Putusan Nomor 30/Pdt.G/2022/Pa.Tkl. Dalam ketentuan perundang-undangan maupun dalam praktik hukum adat, tidak ada satupun dasar yang menjelaskan bahwa hutang panai’ dapat dijadikan alasan percerain antara suami dan isteri. Sehingga alasan perceraian dikarenakan tidak membayar uang panai ini sangat menarik untuk diteliti dikarenakan uang panai sendiri merupakan budaya adat yang merupakan kewajiban yang harus dibayarkan laki-laki kepada keluarga mempelai. Rumusan masalah yang akan diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana kedudukan uang panai dalam perkawinan bagi masyarakat Bugis-Makassar? Dan Apakah hutang panai dapat dijadikan alasan dalam perceraian?. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bersifat yuridis normatif, pendekatan yang dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan kasus.
