Abstract
The examined learning model concluded that goal orientation, self-efficacy, climate class perception, and learning strategy have significant influence to student learning achievement (Pandia, 2006). Directly, learning achievement measured by GPA and Human Capital Skill is influenced by student learning strategy; and indirectly learning achievement is influenced by other factors. There is significant distinction between learning achievement and some influencing factors based on learning approach (surface and deep approach), learning program (exact science or social science), university (state or private), total amount of semester, and gender.
