Abstract
One of the elderly needs is to live a meaningful life. Until nowadays, elderly people still have respected positions in the community. Unfotunately, this view is declining, especially in the cities. This reduction in public involvement could cause health problems, such as dementia and de- pression. The government has enhanced the welfare of the elders through various palliative treatments such as cultural and spiritual support, which should be beneficial once it is really implemented.
