Abstract
The purpose of this study was to correlate the characteristics of creative people and creative writingskills. Subjects were 48 students of an Islamic secondary school in Malang. The instruments used were the Torrence test of creative thinking, a scale of creative attitude, and a test of creative writing. Regression analysis reveals a correlation between characteristics of creative personality with creative writing skills.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghubungkan ciri-ciri orang kreatif dan keterampilan menulis kreatif. Subjek (N = 48) adalah siswa sekolah menengah pertama Islam di Malang. Instrumen yang dipakai adalah uji berpikir kreatif dari Torrence, sebuah skala sikap kreatif, dan alat uji menulis kreatif. Dengan analisis regresi terungkap adanya hubungan antara ciri-ciri kepribadian kreatif dan keterampilan menulis kreatif.
