FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENERIMAAN UBAYA LEARNING SPACE BERDASARKAN TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan Ubaya Learning Space berdasarkan Technology Acceptance Model. Teori yang digunakan adalah technology acceptance model yang didesain khusus untuk meneliti penerimaan terhadap teknologi tertentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel mahasiswa di Universitas Surabaya. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 176 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan enam variabel dalam konteks e-learning: technical support (TS), perceived usefulness (PU), computer self-efficacy (CSE), perceived ease of use (PEOU), attitude (A), dan system usage (SU). Data dalam penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 23 dan Lisrel versi 8.70. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penerimaan dan penggunaan ULS secara langsung dipengaruhi oleh perceived usefulness dan secara tidak langsung dipengaruhi oleh perceived ease of use. Pengaruh tidak langsung terbesar juga diberikan oleh faktor technical support, sehingga dukungan teknis memiliki dampak terhadap penggunaan ULS.
