BUSINESS PLAN UD. INDONESIA’S LEGACY
Abstract
Indonesia’s Legacy didasarkan pada trend fashion yang sedang berkembang yaitu trend baju yang berasal dari berbagai macam jenis kain seperti kain tenun, kain songket, kain rang-rang, dan jenis kain lainnya. Target konsumen utama adalah masyarakat Indonesia yang memiliki penghasilan di atas dua juta rupiah. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pasar potensial untuk Indonesia’s Legacy sebesar 78.259 penduduk di Indonesia. Hasil analisa ekonomi menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia’s Legacy layak didirikan dengan payback period selama empat tahun empat bulan dua puluh empat hari dengan nilai IRR sebesar 52,56% dan WACC sebesar 42,16%.
