HUBUNGAN ANTARA LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PT. X KANWIL KALIMANTAN

Abstract

Abstrak – Kepuasan kerja karyawan merupakan sebuah kunci utama untuk membantu suatu perusahaan mencapai kesuksesan. Karyawan yang puas dengan pekerjaannya maka lebih jarang absen, ketimbang karyawan yang merasa tidak puas dengan pekerjaan mereka. Berdasarkan pada beberapa studi yang dilakukan oleh peneliti sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja maupun budaya organisasi memiliki hubungan dengan kepuasan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja pada pegawai PT. X Kanwil Kalimantan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai PT. X Kanwil Kalimantan. Dari total populasi 110 orang karyawan, sebanyak 110 orang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini (total population study). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi antara lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja (R=0.489; p=0,000). Hasil lain menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif antara lingkungan kerja dengan kepuasan kerja (r=0.473; p=0.000), dan ada hubungan positif antara budaya organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja menunjukkan (r=0.457; p=0.000). Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan agar peneliti selanjutnya untuk memperkaya konsep teoritis kepuasan kerja, serta faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja, sehingga peneliti selanjutnya dapat mempertimbangkan variabel lain yang belum pernah diteliti sebelumnya yang mungkin mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja.

Abstract – Employees job satisfaction is a primary key to helping a company achieve success. Employees who are satisfied with their jobs, the more rarely absent, rather than employees who are not satisfied with their jobs. Based on several studies conducted by previous researchers showed that the work environment or culture of the organization has a relationship with job satisfaction . The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship work environment and organizational culture and job satisfaction of employees of PT . X Kanwil Kalimantan. Subjects in this study were employees of PT . X Kanwil Kalimantan . Of the total population of 110 employees , a total of 110 people became subjects in this study (total population study). The results of this study indicate that there is a correlation between the work environment and organizational culture and job satisfaction ( R = 0489 ; p = 0.000 ) . Other results showed that there was a positive relationship between the work environment and job satisfaction ( r = 0.473 ; p = 0.000 ) , and there is a positive relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction showed ( r = 0457 ; p = 0.000 ) . From these results it is suggested that further research to enrich the theoretical concept of job satisfaction , as well as the factors that influence job satisfaction , so that researchers can then consider other variables that have not been studied previously that may affect job satisfaction.
