Abstract
Intisari - Bidang usaha ritel pada saat ini menjadi bidang usaha yang sangat menjanjikan bagi masyarakat dalam negeri maupun mancanegara. Retail fashion merupakan bisnis yang sangat potensial yang mengalami perkembangan pesat. Toko Mutiara Sari merupakan salah satu bidang usaha yang bergerak dibidang ritel fashion. Sebagai toko ritel yang menjual banyak macam barang, toko Mutiara Sari perlu melakukan pengembangan dalam kegiatan operasional. Dengan adanya rancangan sistem informasi manajemen inventory pada toko Mutiara Sari bertujuan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan pengelolaan persediaan dan pengelolaan transaksi pembelian penjualan. Pembuatan sistem perlu dilakukan mengingat toko Mutiara Sari masih menggunakan cara konvensional yang mengakibatkan permasalahan dan dapat menghambat perkembangan toko. Rancangan sistem informasi akan membuat kegiatan operasional toko Mutiara Sari lebih cepat, akurat, dan efisien. Rancangan yang dibuat mengikuti System Development Life Cycle SDLC. Dalam rancangan memiliki tujuh tahapan, tahap planning, tahap analysis, tahap design, tahap development, tahap testing, tahap implementation, tahap maintenance. Rancangan sistem menggunakan penambahan teknologi informasi dengan menggunakan sistem infomasi software. Dengan penambahan sistem informasi software membantu pihak manajemen toko Mutiara sari mengatasi permasalahan pengelolaan persediaan, transaksi penjualan dan pembelian. Rancangan sistem informasi manajemen yang dibuat dapat meningkatkan kecepatan, akurasi dan efisiensi pada toko Mutiara Sari. Dalam rancangan sistem juga menambahkan terhadap persedian dan transaksi penjualan pembelian.

Abstrak- The field of retail business at this time become a very promising line of business to society of domestic and foreign tourists. Retail fashion is a highly potential business that is experiencing rapid development. Sari Mutiara store is one line of business engaged in fashion retail. As retail stores that sell a lot of goods, Sari Mutiara shops need to do development in operational activities. With the design of management information system inventory on store Sari Mutiara aims to support decision making inventory management and sales management of the purchase transaction. Making the system is necessary to remember Sari Mutiara stores still use conventional methods which cause problems and can hinder the development of the store. Design of information systems will make operational activities Sari Mutiara stores more quickly, accurately, and efficiently. The design is made to follow the System Development Life Cycle SDLC. In the draft has seven stages, the stage of planning, analysis phase, design phase, development phase, testing phase, implementation phase, maintenance phase. The system design using the addition of information technology by using information system software. With the addition of information systems management software helps to overcome the problems sari store Mutiara inventory management, sales and purchases. The design of management information system created to improve the speed, accuracy and efficiency on the shop Sari Mutiara. In the design of the system also adds the draft checksheet to assist the management controlling the supply and sale transactions of purchase.
