Abstract
Abstrak – Christine baby shop merupakan bisnis retail perseorangan dan merupakan bisnis start-up yang sedang berkembang. Bisnis ini merupakan bisnis yang berfokus menjual mainan edukasi secara online. Keinginan masyarakat untuk dapat memaksimalkan perkembangan otak anak menyebabkan peningkatan permintaan terhadap mainan edukasi. Bisnis online menjadi pilihan utama masyarakat, karena mobilitas dan kesibukan orang tua yang tinggi. Alasan inilah yang menyebabkan Christine baby shop menyediakan kemudahan bisnis mainan edukasi secara online. Strategi yang digunakan oleh penulis mengacu pada strategi Lean Stratup (Eric Ries, 2011), strategi Blue Ocean Strategi (BOS) (W. Chan Kim dan Renee Mauborgne, 2005) dan dalam melakukan analisis pasar dan penetapan strategi, penulis mengacu pada metode Lasting Lean, Soeherman (2014). Value yang ditawarkan oleh Christine Baby Shop adalah dengan memberikan informasi yang jelas mengenai produk dan manfaat produk menggunakan metode story telling. Berdasarkan analisis keuangan yang dilakukan oleh penulis bisnis ini dianggap layak untuk dijalankan dengan nilai WACC sebesar 41,41%, IRR 52%, dan Payback periode pada 3 tahun 6 bulan.

Abstract : Christine baby shop is a personal retail business and grows from a start-up business. This business is a business that focuses sells educational toys online.. The eagerness of the people especially parents who want to maximize the brain development is one of the reason of increases demand for educational toys. Online business chosen by the owner, due to the mobility and busyness parents. That is the reason why Christine baby shop provides easy online educational toy business. Strategies used by the author refers to the Lean strategy Stratup (Eric Ries, 2011), the Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) (W. Chan Kim and Renee Mauborgne, 2005) and in conducting market analysis and strategy-setting, the author refers to the method Lasting Lean , Soeherman (2014). Value offered by Christine Baby Shop is to provide clear information about the product and the benefits of the product using storytelling methods. Based on the financial analysis conducted by the authors of this business is considered feasible to run with the value of WACC of 41.41%, the IRR is 52%, and a payback period of 6 months to 3 years.
