EVALUASI ACTION CONTROL DAN RESULT CONTROL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KINERJA KARYAWAN HOTEL Z
Abstract
Persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat membuat para pengusaha di tuntut semakin gencar memberikan sesuatu yang baru dan menarik dalam menyampaikan produk berupa barang dan jasa kepada pelanggannya. Khusus bisnis di bidang jasa, layanan merupakan aset penting. Dengan layanan yang baik dapat meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk menjaga layanan yang di berikan tersebut perlu adanya sistem pengendalian manajemen yang baik. Salah satu bentuk sistem pengendalian manajemen adalah action control dan result control. Oleh karena itu muncullah gagasan untuk membuat topik evaluasi action control dan result controluntuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Hotel Z.
