Abstract
Skripsi ini mengangkat isu utama mengenai kejahatan politik didalam hukum internasional, dan penerapan perjanjian ekstradisi apabila alasan permintaan ekstradisi dari negara peminta adalah karena kejahatan politik yang dilakukan oleh pelaku . Di satu sisi perjanjian berlaku sebagai undang - undang yang mengikat bagi negara yang sudah menandatanganinya, namun di sisi lain pelaku kejahatan politik juga wajib dilindungi
