STUDI DESKRIPTIF MOTIVASI WISATAWAN BERKUNJUNG KE DJATI LOUNGE CAFE & RESORT MALANG
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi wisatawan berkunjung ke Djati Lounge Café & Resort Malang. Dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 5 faktor motivasi yaitu recreation activities, resting & relaxation, personal value, social experience, enriching & learning experience dan terbagi menjadi 23 pernyataan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode mean dan standart deviasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel dengan cara membagi kuesioner sebanyak 115 responden kepada laki-laki dan perempuan yang pernah berkunjung ke Djati Lounge Café & Resort Malang. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan uji validitas dan uji realibilitas. Selain itu juga dilakukan analisa faktor serta tabulasi silang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 5 faktor tersebut diperoleh bahwa motivasi wisatawan berkunjung ke Djati Lounge Café & Resort adalah memperkaya & belajar pengalaman baru.
