PENGARUH DINING EXPERIENCE ATTRIBUTES TERHADAP CUSTOMER SATIS FACTION DAN BEHAVIORAL INTENTION PADA RESTORAN CATURRA ESPRESSO SURABAYA
Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh antara Dining Experience Attributes terhadap Customer Satisfaction dan juga pada Behavioral Intention. Objek yang diambil adalah Caturra Espresso Surabaya.Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer, dengan membagikan kuesiner kepada 150 responden yang pernah berkunjung ke Caturra Espresso Surabaya untuk membeli dan menikmati hidangan yang ada di Caturra Espresso Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui pengujian secara statistik. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear yang didukung dengan bantuan SPSS 18Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Dining Experience Attributes mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap variabelCustomer Satisfaction dan variabel Customer Satisfaction mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap variabel Behavioral Intention.
