ANALISA PENGARUH SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT TERHADAP KEUNGGULAN BERSAING DAN KINERJA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR DI JAWA TIMUR
Abstract
Semakin ketatnya persaingan antar perusahaan maka dibutuhkanlah keunggulan bersaing dan peningkatan kinerja bagi perusahaan agar mampu bertahan dalam dunia bisnis yang diduga bisa diperoleh melalui penerapan SCM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh supply chain management terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur di Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal dan pengolahan data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software Amos V21. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Data diperoleh secara langsung dari responden yang memenuhi karakteristik populasi yang ditentukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 116 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa supply chain management berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja perusahaan, dan keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan.
