RANCANGAN 5S PADA TOKO SLIME DIARY ID SURABAYA
Abstract
Abstrak - Pada masa sekarang ini, suatu organisasi harus mampu memiliki keunggulan komparatif dibanding para pesaing, organisasi harus mampu untuk memproduksi barang dengan efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat rancangan pada Toko Slime Diary ID Surabaya agar dapat meningkatkan proses produksi menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien serta membuang waste yang ada dalam proses produksi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode rancangan 5S dan penelitian dilakukan dengan metode observasi dan wawancara. Pada Penelitian ini ditemukan banyak peletakan baik bahan baku produksi dan barang siap jual yang tidak tertata dengan rapi, hal ini membuat karyawan susah menemukan barang yang dicari dan mengurangi efisiensi dan efektifitas dari pada proses produksi, temuan berikutnya adalah kebersihan yang kurang terjaga dan susahnya menemukan barang yang dicari karena tidak ada pelabelan. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja serta ketidaktahuan pada jumlah stoknya yang ada. Standarisasi juga tidak ditemukan pada Toko sehingga semua yang berjalan sering tidak sesuai dengan prosedur. Sesuai dengan rancangan yang telah dibuat dapat disimpulkan bahwa efektifitas dan efisiensi dari proses produksi pada Toko Slime Diary ID Surabaya meningkat dan waste telah berkurang.

Abstract - At present, an organization must be able to have a comparative advantage over competitors, organizations must be able to produce goods effectively and efficiently. This study aims to create a design on Slime Diary ID Surabaya in order to improve the production process becomes more effective and efficient and dispose of waste in the production process. This research uses 5S design method, and the research is done by observation and interview method. In this research found a lot of laying raw materials production and goods ready to sell are not organized neatly, it makes the employee hard to find the goods sought and reduce the efficiency and effectiveness of the production process, the next finding is cleanliness that is less awake and hard to find goods sought because there is no labeling. This can lead to work accidents as well as ignorance on the amount of existing stock. Standardization is also not found in the Stores so that everything that runs is often incompatible with the procedure.In accordance with the design that has been made can be concluded that the effectiveness and efficiency of the production process at Slime Diary ID Surabaya increases and waste has been reduced.
