PEMBUATAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENJUALAN RUMAH BERSUBSIDI UNTUK DEVELOPER PERUMAHAN "X" BERBASIS WEBSITE

Abstract

Abstrak – Penjualan rumah bersubsidi adalah sebuah transaksi untuk menjual produk berupa rumah, dimana rumah yang dimaksud ini adalah rumah yang disubsidi langsung oleh pemerintah. Rumah subsidi ini difokuskan untuk masyarakat yang memiliki penghasilan rendah. Penjualan rumah subsidi ini dipegang oleh sebuah developer perumahan. Penjualan ini tentu berhubungan dengan dana yang besar dan akan berbahaya apabila tidak diatur dengan baik. Seringkali kesalahan kecil dapat berujung permasalahan yang besar terutama dalam hal uang. Masalah itu akan timbul dan akan mempengaruhi kondisi developer perumahan itu sendiri. Pembuatan Sistem Informasi Penjualan Rumah Bersubsidi bertujuan untuk membantu developer agar dapat mengatur pengeluaran dan pemasukan perusahaan dengan baik. Sistem ini juga akan mempermudah developer dalam merekap keuangan perusahaan. Keuangan perusahaan yang dimaksud adalah pengeluaran developer dalam mengelola pembangunan rumah subsidi dan pemasukan developer ketika adanya transaksi pembelian rumah. Sistem juga akan membantu developer untuk mencetak bukti transaksi yang dilakukan. Implementasi sistem menggunakan basis website Laravel. Uji coba sistem dengan memverifikasi segala kondisi untuk memastikan program terbebas dari error dan validasi dilakukan dengan mewawancarai pihak developer untuk megetahui tujuan dari sistem telah tercapai. Disimpulkan bahwa sistem dapat membantu developer perumahan untuk memonitor keuangan perusahaan dengan baik.

Abstract – The sale of subsidized housing is a transaction to sell a home product, where the house is a house that is subsidized directly by the government. This subsidized house is focused on people with low incomes. The sale of this subsidized house is held by a residential developer. This sale is certainly associated with large funds and will be dangerous if not regulated properly. Often small mistakes can ead to big problems especially in terms of money. The problem will arise and will affect the condition of the housing developer itself. The Making of Subsidized Home Sales Information System aims to assist developers in order to manage the spended and the company's income well. This system will also facilitate the developers in recaping the company's finances. Company finance in question is the expenditure of developers in managing the construction of subsidized homes and the inclusion of developers when the purchase of home transactions. The system will also help developers to print proof of transactions conducted. Implementation of the system using Laravel website base. Test the system by verifying all conditions to ensure the program is free from error and validation is done by interviewing the developer to know the purpose of the system has been achieved. It is concluded that the system can help residential developers to monitor corporate finance well.
