Abstract

Abstrak Dewasa ini menjaga kesehatan merupakan hal yang semakin penting. Salah satu cara untuk menjaga kesehatan adalah dengan berolahraga. Pusat kebugaran menyediakan berbagai macam jasa kebugaran sehingga memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat karena masyarakat tinggal memilih jenis olahraga yang sesuai atau yang diinginkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan perilaku konsumen fitness center dalam membuat keputusan menggunakan fitness center yang berlokasi di kota Surabaya

Abstract Today maintaining health is really important. One way to maintain health is through exercise. The fitness center provides a wide range of fitness services that provide convenience to the community because people just choose the type of exercise that is appropriate or desirable. The purpose of this study was to describe the behavior of consumers of fitness centers in making the decision to use the fitness center located in the city of Surabaya.
