Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memberikan gambaran tentang penerapan konsep customer lifetime value pada operator telekomunikasi seluler di Indonesia yang dikelola oleh perusahaan publik berdasarkan laporan tahunan 2011. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bagaimana penggunaan konsep customer lifetime value pada operator telekomunikasi seluler di Indonesia yang dikelola oleh perusahaan publik berdasarkan laporan tahunan 2011, khususnya dalam mengukur kinerja pemasaran, serta sebagai dasar penyusunan strategi pemasaran.
