Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh credit card, window display, discount dan free product terhadap perilaku impulsive buying di Matahari Department Store Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh discount dan free product terhadap perilaku impulsive buying di Matahari Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. Sedangkan pengaruh credit card dan window display terhadap perilaku impulsive buying tidak terbukti.

This study aims to know and analyze the influence of credit card, window display, discount and free product on impulsive buying behavior  in Matahari Department Store Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. The results of this study shows the influence of discount and free product on impulsive buying behavior in Matahari Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. While the influence of credit card and window display on impulsive buying behavior rejected.
