PERANAN SISTEM PENGENDALIAN MANAJEMEN DALAM TEAMWORK PADA PT PARKIT MAS TOUR & TRAVEL SURABAYA
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peranan sistem pengendalian manajemen yang dapat meningkatkan teamwork pada PT. Parkit Mas Tour & Travel yang meliputi action control, result control, personal control dan cultural control. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Absen menggunakan mesin finger print, Badan usaha Parkit Mas & Travel. Pada Parkit Mas & Travel, berupa alur pertanggungjawaban dari bawahan pada atasan. Memberikan imbalan berupa reward dibuat kelompok sharing sehingga karyawan tidak sesuai dengan bidangnya. Kedisiplinan kerja pada PT. Parkit Mas Tour And Travel masih kurang, seperti sering ijin karena urusan keluarga. Karyawan memiliki kepribadian dan prinsip yang berbeda-beda antara satu dengan lain, kadang sering menimbulkan perselisihan. Jumlah Sumberdaya Manusia Masih Kurang. Reward, tunjangan dan insentif.
