ANALISIS PELAYANAN KEFARMASIAN PENGOBATAN SWAMEDIKASI DIUKUR DARI PENERAPAN PENDEKATAN DIAGNOSIS DIFERENSIAL DAN 8 KRITERIA KIE IDEAL
Abstract
Pengobatan sendiri (swamedikasi) merupakan bagian dari upaya masyarakat untuk menjaga kesehatannya sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis informasi dan komponen KIE ideal yang dikumpulkan dan dilaksanakan oleh staf farmasi di apotek. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasi yang dilakukan dengan metode pengisian check list untuk mengetahui aktivitas pelayanan swamedikasi pada apotek-apotek di Surabaya Timur. Tidak ada staf farmasi yang meminta informasi lengkap dari pelanggan. Terdapat 30 (100%) orang yang bertanya tentang umur pasien; 5 (16,67%) orang yang bertanya tentang siapakah pasiennya; 6 (20%) orang bertanya tentang obat apa yang telah diberikan untuk menanggapi gejala tersebut; tidak ada (0%) orang bertanya tentang obat lain yang sedang dikonsumsi oleh pasien; 10 (33%) orang yang bertanya tentang durasi gejala; tidak ada (0%) yang bertanya tentang gejala lain yang menyertai; 11 (36,67%) orang yang bertanya tentang gejala yang berbahaya. Para staf farmasi perlu meningkatkan lagi kompetensi mereka khususnya dalam langkah mengumpulkan informasi dan memberikan KIE.
Self-medication ( swamedikasi ) is a part of the community effort to preserve their own health . This study aims to determine the type of information and ideal IEC ( Information, Education, and Comunication) component collected and held by the pharmacy staff at the pharmacy . It was an observasional study made by the method of filled a check list to determine the activity of the self-medication service pharmacies in East Surabaya. No pharmacy staff requesting further information from the customer . There are 30 ( 100 % ) people were asked about the age of the patient ; 5 ( 16.67 % ) of people who ask about his patients , 6 ( 20 % ) of people asking about what drugs have been given to respond to these symptoms ; none ( 0 % ) ask about other drugs that are being consumed by the patients, 10 ( 33 % ) of people who asked about the duration of symptoms, none ( 0 % ) were asked about other symptoms that accompany ; and 11 ( 36.67 % ) people were asked about danger symptoms. The pharmacy staff need to further increase their competence in a particular step to gather information and provide IEC.
