SUSTAINABILITY SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT PADA FITUR-FITUR PONSEL MENURUT PREFERENSI PENGGUNA PONSEL DI SURABAYA
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sustainability supply chain management terkait fitur-fitur ponsel menurut preferensi pengguna ponsel di Surabaya. Preferensi konsumen semakin mendukung pembangunan keberlanjutan dalam produk dan jasa sehingga mendorong kebutuhan praktik operasional dan manajerial baru yang mendukung keberlanjutan dalam supply chain management. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dalam tiga bagian. Pertama, menggunakan fitur-fitur ponsel yang terkait dengan sustainability supply chain management untuk analisis conjoint, yang digunakan untuk mengetahui preferensi konsumen terhadap atribut. Selanjutnya, menggunakan pertanyaan tambahan dari TNS Atlas untuk mengetahui sikap green consumption responden. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah 100 responden. Temuan penelitian memberikan informasi mengenai preferensi pengguna ponsel terhadap fitur-fitur ponsel yang terkait sustainability supply chain management. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tiga kelompok pembeli, yaitu budgeters, environmentalists, dan long-life users. Menurut hasil temuan ada beberapa konsumen yang bersedia membayar lebih mahal untuk produk dengan fitur-fitur keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini juga membahas implikasi terhadap desain supply chain management perusahaan ponsel.
