IMPLIKASI CRITICAL THINKING DAN CREATIVE THINKING DALAM PENGAMBILAN PUTUSAN PERLUASAN USAHA PT. X RESTORAN WARALABA CEPAT SAJI DI INDONESIA
Abstract
Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui implikasi critical thinking dan creative thinking dalam pengambilan putusan perluasan usaha PT. X restoran waralaba cepat saji di Indonesia. Selain itu, menngetahui kontribusi critical thinking dan creative thinking terhadap perusahaan terkait perluasan usaha yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini merupakan basic research dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualititif berupa explanatory research. Data yang diambil merupakan data primer yang diambil dari wawancara dan juga data sekunder dari annual report dan dokumen lainnya. Objek penelitian ini merupakan salah satu perusahaan restoran waralaba cepat saji di Indonesia. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa baik critical thinking dan creative thinking memiliki implikasi terhadap pengambilan putusan perluasan usaha. Critical thinking dan Creative thinking turut memberikan kontribusi bagi perusahaan baik kontribusi positif dan negative.Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa critical thinking dan creative thinking tidak ada yang lebih unggul, keduanya memiliki hubungan simbiosis mutualisme sesuai dengan hasil penelitian sebelum oleh Padget (2012).
