HUBUNGAN ANTARA KUALITAS LAYANAN DAN HARGA DENGAN KEPUASAN KONSUMEN COFFEE TOFFEE SURABAYA
Abstract
Maraknya bisnis cafe di Indonesia maupun di Surabaya, menjadikan banyaknya persaingan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah mendatangi salah satu gerai Coffee Toffee yang ada di Surabaya. Sampel (N=450) dipilih dengan teknik incidental sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) ada korelasi antara kualitas layanan dengan kepuasan konsumen Coffee Toffee Surabaya (r=0,664; p=0,000); 2) korelasi antara harga dengan kepuasan konsumen Coffee Toffee Surabaya (r=0,486; p=0,000).
