HUBUNGAN KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA DAN PERSEPSI TERHADAP DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANSISASI
Abstract
Intisari: Sumber daya penting bagi pegawai untuk berkomitmen dengan organisasi. Sumber daya tersebut yaitu kualitas kehidupan kerja dan persepsi terhadap dukungan organisasi. Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas kehidupan kerja memiliki hubungan dengan komitmen organisasi (Farid, Izadi, Ismail & Alipour, 2015) dan persepsi terhadap dukungan organisasi memiliki hubungan dengan komitmen organisasi (Abdollahi, Piri & Azimi, 2013). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dan persepsi terhadap dukungan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuisioner dan didukung dengan data sekunder berupa wawancara. Subjek dalam penelitian ini merupakan pegawai tetap PT. P dengan total populasi 180 pegawai dan sebanyak 123 pegawai menjadi sample dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda. Hasil dari pengujian statistik terdapat hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dan persepsi terhadap dukungan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi pada pegawai PT. P dengan nilai (F=63,558) dan nilai signifikansi (p<0,05). Hasil selanjutnya didapatkan korelasi parsial antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi sebesar 0,396 dan signifikansi (p<0,05) dan korelasi parsial antara persepsi terhadap dukungan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi sebesar 0,247 dan signifikansi (p<0,05). Hasil temuan ini mendukung hipotesis bahwa adanya hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dan persepsi terhadap dukungan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, organisasi diharapkan membuat acara sehingga setiap pegawai dapat merasakan dukungan yang diberikan organisasi dan memiliki kualitas kehidupan kerja misalnya dengan cara mengadakan pelatihan pada pegawai agar menciptakan komitmen. Hasil tersebut didapatkan dari analisis data kualitatif.
