HUBUNGAN BIG FIVE PERSONALITY DENGAN PERILAKU MENURUNKAN BERAT BADAN PADA REMAJA PEREMPUAN
Abstract
Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan big five personality dengan perilaku menurunkan berat badan pada remaja perempuan. Memiliki rentang usia antara 15-18 tahun. Pada 130 subjek yang digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian, didapatkan melalui teknik accidental sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan non parametrik Spearman’s rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan positif antara sifat berhati-hati dengan perilaku menurunkan berat badan pada remaja perempuan, sedangkan pada tipe lainnya tidak menunjukkan ada hubungan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tipe kepribadian sifat berhati-hati pada sebagian besar subjek dapat berpengaruh pada perilaku menurunkan berat badan.

Abstract – This study aims to know the relationship between big five personality with the behavior of body weight loss in teenage girls who has an age range between 15-18 years old. In 130 subjects that used as research samples, was obtained through accidental sampling technique. Analyzing data was done using non parametric Spearman's rho. The results showed there was a positive relationship between careful personality and body weight loss behavior in teenage girls, but in other types showed there’s no relationship. It can be concluded that careful personality type in most subjects can affect to body weight loss behavior.
