Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat rancangan pengendalian sediaan dengan metode Single Period Inventory pada BL Bakery yang dapat digunakan untuk mengambil keputusan pengendalian sediaan yang terbaik. Rancangan tersebut juga digunakan untuk menentukan kuantitas optimal produksi roti dan expected profit . Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data unit cost, data selling price, dan data masa lalu berupa data penjualan dan data produksi roti best seller BL Bakery pada event musiman natal dan tahun baru (Desember Minggu ke-4) tahun 2014-2017. Dari data tersebut akan di dapat probabilitas ratio yang kemudian menjadi dasar untuk rancangan pengendalian sediaan BL Bakery dan menghitung kuantitas optimal produksi. Dengan kuantitas produksi optimal tersebut dapat dihitung berapa expected profit maksimal. Hasil rancangan pengendalian persediaan dengan metode single period problem pada BL Bakery Baker dapat membantu BL Bakery untuk membuat keputusan pengendalian persediaan roti yang dijual, kuantitas produksi optimal, expexted profit maksimal, dan perbandingan keuntungan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan metode Single Period Inventory.

Abstract - This research aims to make the design of inventory control with Single Period Inventory method at BL Bakery which can be used to make the best stock control decision. The design is also used to determine the optimal quantity of bread production and expected profit. The data collected consist of unit cost data, selling price data, and past data in the form of sales data and bread production data of best seller bread in BL Bakery at the christmas and new year (December 4th) season of 2014-2017. From the data will be in the probability ratio which then becomes the basis for the design of BL Bakery inventory control and calculate the optimal quantity of production. With the optimum quantity of production can be calculated how the maximum expected profit. The result of inventory control design with single period problem method can help BL Bakery to make the decision to control the stock of bread sold, the optimal quantity of production, the maximum expexted profit, and the profit ratio before and after using Single Period Inventory method.
