IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN PROYEK DENGAN METODE CPM PADA CV. DUTA BANGUNAN UNTUK PROYEK RENOVASI EX RUMAH DINAS PTPN XI MADIUN
Abstract
Intisari Critical Path Method (CPM), adalah metode untuk merencanakan dan mengawasi proyek-proyek merupakan sistem yang paling banyak dipergunakan diantara semua sistem lain yang memakai prinsip pembentukan jaringan. Berdasarkan hasil penghitungan yang telah dilakukan maka dapat diketahui bahwa pihak CV.Duta Bangunan memiliki umur proyek 19 minggu untuk merenovasi rumah dinas PTPN dan kegiatan yang berada pada jalur kritis proyek ini ialah kegiatan persiapan, kegiatan atap dan kegiatan finishing. Apabila pihak perusahaan melakukan percepatan kegiatan pada kegiatan yang berada di jalur kritis, maka total biaya proyek ialah Rp 632.245.658 lebih rendah di bandingkan dengan total biaya normal Rp. 656.370.000 dan realisasi pada CV.Duta Bangunan yakni Rp 684.169.342.

Abstract Critical Path Method (CPM), is a method for planning and overseeing projects is the most widely used system among all other systems that use the principle of network formation. Based on the calculation that has been done it can be seen that the CV.Duta Bangunan has a project age of 19 weeks to renovate the official residence of PTPN and activities that are on the critical path of this project is the preparation activities, roof activities and finishing activities. If the company accelerates its activities on critical paths, the total cost of the project is Rp 632,245,658 lower than the total normal cost of Rp. 656,370,000 and the realization on the CV.Duta Bangunan was Rp 684.169.342.
