PEMBUATAN VIDEO GRAFIS TENTANG DAMPAK NEGATIF PENGGUNAAN GADGET SECARA BERLEBIHAN PADA ANAK
Abstract
Abstrak – Perkembangan teknologi sudah semakin canggih. Mulai dari anak – anak hingga orang dewasa sudah mengenal teknologi. Salah satu teknologi yang paling sering digunakan yaitu, gadget. Dibalik semua manfaatnya, gadget juga memiliki dampak negatif, terutama untuk anak – anak jika dalam penggunaanya tidak mendapat pengawasan yang lebih dari orang tua. Beberapa kasus sudah sering terjadi akibat dampak negatif gadget, namun tetap saja ada orang tua yang kurang peduli akan hal tersebut. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah sebuah media penyampai informasi berbasis video infografis yang akan membantu orang tua dalam mengetahui dan memahami tentang dampak negatif gadget pada anak. Dalam pembuatan video infografis ini dibutuhkan beberapa dasar teori yang mendukung seperti teori infografis, video, teori karakter desain. Analisis permasalahan dampak negatif gadget dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap orang tua dan juga pakar yaitu, dokter, guru, psikolog. Dilakukan pula perbandingan dengan video infografis sejenis untuk mengetahui kekurangan dan kelebihan dari video infografis tersebut. Selanjutnya, dibuat desain video infografis yang meliputi desain materi, desain tampilan, desain karakter, desain narasi storyboard dan desain aplikasi untuk membuat video infografis, lalu diimplementasikan kedalam beberapa software yaitu Adobe Illustrator CC 2017, Adobe After Effects CC 2017, Notepad++, Audacity. Video infografis ini telah melalui uji coba dan evaluasi dengan menyebar kuisioner terhadap para responden secara acak. Hasilnya, video infografis dapat membantu para pengguna, terutama orang tua untuk memahami dampak negatif penggunaan gadget secara berlebihan pada anak.

Abstract – The development of technology is already becoming increasingly sophisticated. Ranging from children to adults already know technology. One of the most frequently used technology, gadget. Behind all of its benefits, the gadget also has a negative impact, especially for the children if in use do not get more scrutiny from parents. Some cases have often occurred due to the negative impact of the gadgets, but nonetheless there are parents who will be less concerned about such matters. Therefore, a single Messenger video-based information media infographics that will assist parents in the know and understand about the negative impact of the gadgets in children. In the making of the video this needed some infographics of the theoretical foundations that support such theories of infographics, video, theory of character design. Analysis of the problem of the negative impact of the gadget by doing the interview against the elderly and also experts, doctors, teachers, psychologists. Also do a comparison with similar video infographics to know the shortcomings and advantages of video infographics. Furthermore, the designer made video infographics which includes Design materials, display design, character design, storyboarding and narrative design application design to create video infographics, and then implemented into some software i.e. Adobe Illustrator CC 2017, Adobe After Effects CC 2017, Notepad ++, Audacity. Video infographics have been through testing and evaluation with the spread of the questionnaire respondents randomly. As a result, video infographics can help users, especially parents to understand the negative impact the use of gadgets is excessive in children.
