GAMBARAN KEHIDUPAN KARIR DUA PEREMPUAN LESBIAN
Abstract
Abstrak - Kita berada pada saat topik orientasi seksualitas semakin ramai dibicarakan. Dalam topik pekerjaan atau karir masih kurang sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran kehidupan dua perempuan lesbian yang bekerja. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya perbedaan dinamika kehidupan kedua wanita yang juga berada dalam dunia karir yang berbeda yaitu akademik dan hospitality. Perbedaan terdapat dalam tingkat kepuasan bekerja dilihat memakai hasil yang didapat dari alat ukur Quality of Worklife. Adapun persamaan dari kedua perempuan adalah keduanya masih berada didalam golongan puas dalam pekerjaan dan keduanya berada pada pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan jangkar dan orientasi karir mereka.

Abstract - We’re in a time where sexual orientation as a topic is still popular to be discussed. However when it touches the subject of career or job, sexual orientation is still lacking of discussion. Therefore, this research has the purpose to give illustration about the career lives of two working lesbian women. The result is that there are differences of career life dynamics of these two women who also work in two different fields, academic and hospitality. The differences are found from looking at the Quality of Worklife measurement scale. Although there are also some similarities, which are both of the women are satisfied by their works and both women are doing jobs that are complimenting their career anchors and orientations.
