PERANCANGAN FACTORY AUTOMATION DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODUL FATEK
Abstract
Abstrak - Pada makalah ini membuat sebuah aplikasi kontrol pada modul FATEK Automation yang dapat dipantau dan dikontrol dengan menggunakan User Interface. User Interface yang digunakan berupa HMI pengendali dan visualisasi status baik dengan manual maupun melalui visualisasi komputer yang bersifat real time. HMI yang digunakan adalah FATEK P5070S. Implementasi yang digunakan dalam Tugas Akhir ini adalah Modular Production System (MPS) 203 Fieldbus, dan Motor 3 phase. Proses pembuatan program dan desain interface dilakukan dengan menggunakan software bawaan FATEK yaitu WinProladder dan FvDesignner. Bahasa pemrograman yang dipakai adalah ladder diagram. Kontrol yang dibuat pada sistem MPS ini adalah melakukan distribusi benda kerja dari distributing station ke testing station, pengecekan ketinggian benda kerja pada testing station, dan pemilahan benda kerja ke dalam 3 slide pada sorting station. Dengan menggunakan 36 sampel benda kerja, program dapat menghasilkan hasil akhir yang sesuai dengan masukan kombinasi dari user. Total kombinasi masukan dari user adalah 6 kombinasi, serta pada sistem Motor 3 phase adalah melakukan forward – reverse, atur kecepatan, dan kontrol starting star - delta. Fitur Alarm berfungsi dengan baik untuk mencegah kesalahan dari sistem maupun gangguan luar. user interface yang dibuat mudah dioperasikan, tidak membingungkan, dan desain dari user interface menarik.

Abstract - This final project creates a control application on FATEK module that can be monitored and controlled using the user unterface. User interface is used in the form of HMI (Human Machine Interface) control and visualization of the status of either the manual or through computer visualization of the real time. HMI used is FATEK P5070S. Implementation used in this final project is the Modular Production System (MPS) Fieldbus 203,and Motor 3 phase. The programming process and the design of the interface is done by using software built FATEK namely WinProladder and FvDesignner. The programming language used is ladder diagram.The controls are made on the MPS system is the distribution of the workpiece from a distributing station to the testing station, checking the height of the workpiece at the testing station, and sorting of workpieces into 3 slides at a sorting station. By using a sample workpiece 36, the program can produce the final result corresponding to the combination of input from the beginning. There are 6 combinations, as well as the Motor 3 phase system is doing forward - reverse, set the speed and control of the starting star - delta. Feature Alarm works well to prevent the error from the system or outside interference. user interface made easy to operate, not confusing, and the design of the user interface attractive.
