PEMBUATAN SISTEM INFORMASI PADA TOKO LISTRIK ‘X’

Abstract

Abstrak- Toko Listrik ‘X’ adalah toko yang didirikan pada tahun 2001 dan berlokasi di Luwuk, Sulawesi Tengah. Toko Listrik ‘X’ memiliki lokasi yang sangat strategis karena berada pada pusat kota sehingga sangat dekat dengan pelabuhan.Toko Listrik ‘X’ menjual barang – barang listrik seperti lampu dengan berbagai macam merek dan juga ada kabel. Pembelian barang dapat dilakukan secara eceran ataupun dalam jumlah yang banyak selama stok barang masih ada. Jika stok barang tidak cukup atau tidak ada, maka pembelian dalam jumlah besar harus menunggu karena toko harus memesan barang tersebut terlebih dahulu. Waktu pemesanan barang tidak menentu dikarenakan tergantung persediaan barang dan juga waktu pengiriman barang dari distributor. Penambahan stock barang terjadi jika pemilik atau karyawan melihat barang tersebut sudah mau habis. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, maka diperlukan pembuatan aplikasi sistem informasi berbasis website. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu pemilik untuk mengelolah perusahaan. Setelah sistem selesai dibuat, sistem akan diverifikasi dengan cara melakukan uji coba terhadap seluruh proses yang ada didalam sistem untuk memastikan bahwa output telah sesuai. Lalu sistem ini juga akan divalidasi untuk memastikan yang dibuat telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Hasil dari uji coba dan validasi yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa sistem dapat bekerja dengan baik dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

Toko Listrik 'X' has a very strategic location because it is located in the city center so it is very close to the harbor. Toko Listrik 'X' sells electrical items such as lamps with various brands and there is also cable. Purchase of items can be done in retail or in large quantities as long as the stock of items is still there. If the stock of goods is insufficient or absent, then large purchases must wait because the store must order items first. The ordering time of the item is uncertain as it depends on the inventory and also the time of delivery of the item from the distributor. The addition of stock of item occurs if the owner or employee sees the item ready to run out. Based on these problems, it is necessary to create an application based information system website. This system is expected to help the owner manage the company. Once the system is complete, the system will be verified by testing all existing processes in the system to ensure the results are appropriate. Then this system will also be validated to ensure that it is made according to need. The test results and validation performed show that the system can work well and in accordance with the needs.
