PERANCANGAN DAN IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM MANAJEMEN MUTU ISO 9001: 2015 DI PT. ENERGI AGRO NUSANTARA, MOJOKERTO
Abstract
Abstrak - PT. Energi Agro Nusantara merupakan perusahaan manufaktur fuel-grade bioetanol yang telah tersertifikasi ISO 9001:2008 pada tahun 2016. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sebuah sistem manajemen mutu yang sesuai dengan persyaratan dari ISO 9001:2015. Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 menggunakan pendekatan proses, yang menggabungkan siklus Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) dan pemikiran berbasis risiko. Maka penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis perbandingan antara persyaratan ISO 9001:2008 dengan persyaratan ISO 9001:2015. Dari hasil analisis kesenjangan, perusahaan memenuhi 75% kesesuaian dari persyaratan ISO, 19% sesuai sebagian, dan sisanya tidak sesuai dengan persyaratan SMM. Rancangan perbaikan yang harus dibuat adalah membuat analisis SWOT, memperbaiki tabel komunikasi internal, membuat identifikasi risiko dengan FMEA, dan memperbaiki informasi terdokumentasi yang dimiliki, terdiri atas 3 informasi terdokumentasi yang direvisi dan 2 informasi terdokumentasi yang baru. Pembaharuan diharapkan dapat diterapkan oleh perusahaan secara konsisten untuk memenuhi persyaratan SMM ISO 9001:2015.

Abstract - PT. Energi Agro Nusantara is a fuel-grade bio ethanol manufacturing company with ISO 9001:2008 certified in 2016. The purpose of this research is to design management quality system that conforms to the requirements in ISO 9001:2015. Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 uses the process approach, which incorporates the Plan-Do-CheckAction (PDCA) cycle and risk-based thinking. Therefore, this research is conducted by analyzing the gap between ISO 9001:2008 requirements and ISO 9001:2015 requirements. From the gap analysis, the company has fulfilled 75% of ISO requirement, 19% partially fulfilled, and the rest has not fulfilled the requirements. The new design to conform with ISO requirements starts with conducting SWOT analysis, revising internal communication tables, making risk identification with FMEA, and revising documented information that consists of 3 (three) revised documented information and 2 (two) new documented information. This new design should be implemented by the company consistently to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
