Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai peranan gaya kepemimpinan dan sistem pengendalian manajemen terhadap loyalitas karyawan di perusahaan keluarga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian basic research yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan pedekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan objek penelitian badan usaha keluarga di Surabaya. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data yaitu dengan wawancara, observasi dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan sistem pengendalian manajemen saling berhubungan satu sama lain, keduanya ini saling mendukung dan bekerja bersama-sama dalam menciptakan loyalitas karyawan. Kepemimpinan yang baik dapat membentuk sistem pengendalian manajemen yang efektif. Jika sistem pengendalian manajemen yang diterapkan sudah efektif, maka dalam bekerja karyawan akan merasa nyaman sehingga tidak menutup kemungkinan loyalitas karyawan akan meningkat.
