BUSINESS PLAN SAGACITY SENIOR LIVING
Abstract
Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi segala aspek dari kelayakan bisnis dari Sagacity Senior Living. Dimana Sagacity Senior Living menawarkan hunian komunitas bagi orang-orang lanjut usia di kota Surabaya. Badan usaha ini akan menggunakan intensive strategy dalam mencapai tujuannya, terutama adalah market penetration. Berdasarkan hasil studi kelayakan business plan ini mendapatkan hasil yang bagus dengan hasil NPV adalah sebesar Rp. 1.515.696.151 dengan IRR sebesar 26,00%. Sedangkan payback periode-nya adalah 5 tahun 7 bulan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka bisnis ini dapat dikatakan layak untuk dijalankan.
