HUBUNGAN ANTARA PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT DAN QUALITY OF WORKLIFE DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR PT.X
Abstract
Intisari Karyawan dalam sebuah perusahaan merupakan salah satu elemen yang sangat penting dan patut untuk mendapatkan perhatian khusus dari perusahaan. Perhatian itu biasa disebut dengan perceiveid organizational support. Apabila perhatian tersebut terpenuhi, maka karyawan akan memberikan peran lebih untuk perusahaan atau yang biasa disebut organizational citizenship behavior. Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara perceived organizational support dengan organizational citizenship behavior (Dodd ,2013). Selain perhatian untuk karyawan, pemenuhan kualitas kehidupan kerja juga dibutuhkan agar karyawan juga dapat memberikan peran lebih terhadap perusahaan. Sama halnya dengan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Robbins dan Judge (2009) dalam Sari (2015) yang menyatakan bahwa ada hubungan antara quality of worklife dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan angket dan didukung dengan data sekunder yang berupa wawancara. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karayawan dari PT.X dengan total populasi 150 orang dan sebanyak 110 orang karyawan menjadi sample dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi. Hasil dari pengujian statistik menyatakan bahwa ada hubungan antara perceived organizational support dan quality of worklfie dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT.X dengan nilai sig (p<0,05). Hasil selanjutnya didapatkankan korelasi parsial antara perceived organizational support dan organizational citizenship behavior dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,033 (p<0,05). Didapatkan juga hasil antara quality of worklife dan organizational citizenship behavior dengan nilai sig <0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,002. Hasil temuan ini mendukung hipotesis bahwa adanya hubungan antar variabel.
