Pembuatan Website untuk Sistem Media Survei Sampel dan Polling

Abstract

Abstrak- Pengumpulan data adalah suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti untuk memperoleh hasil berupa informasi. Salah satu metode pengumpulan data adalah survei. Survei merupakan sebuah penelitian yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh hasil. Jenis survei yang dibahas dalam Tugas Akhir ini adalah survei sampel dan polling. Polling merupakan suatu jenis survei untuk mengetahui preferensi dari tiap-tiap responden terhadap suatu hal, hanya terdiri atas satu pertanyaan. Sedangkan survei sampel adalah untuk mengetahui lebih dalam atas pemilihan preferensi responden, bisa lebih dari satu pertanyaan. Permasalahan yang sering kali dialami oleh peneliti dalam membuat survei sampel dan polling yaitu diantaranya dalam hal penyebaran survei dan pengolahan data yang seringkali memerlukan dana yang tidak sedikit. Masalah ini dapat diatasi jika peneliti menggunakan google form, maka peneliti dapat membuat pertanyaan secara online dan mendapatkan hasil secara realtime. Akan tetapi, google form belum mendukung untuk mengetahui lokasi dari responden dan juga belum mendukung dalam melakukan tabulasi silang. Oleh karena itu dibuatkan sebuah sistem berbasis website yang mendukung untuk mengetahui lokasi dan bisa melakukan tabulasi silang. Hasil dari pembuatan sistem ini setelah diuji cobakan kepada peneliti mendapatkan masukkan yang baik, yaitu peneliti mudah mengerti dengan user interface dari sistem dan hasil yang diberikan dari sistem dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dari peneliti.

Abstract– Collecting data is an activity done by the researchers to obtain the results of information. One of the data collection method is survey. The survey is a reseacrh aims to obtain the result. The kind of survey discussed in the task of the end of this is the survey samples and polling. The polling is one of the survey to know the preferences of every respondents against one thing, just consist of one question. While the survey sample is to find out more about choosing preferences of respondents, can be more of one question. Problem that often experienced by researchers in making survey sample and polling namely of then in termsof the spread of survey and processing data often requires funds is not little. This problem can be overcome if the researchers using google form, the researchers can make the question of online and get results in realtime. However, google form not support to know the location of the respondents and also do not support to do cross tabulation. Therefore in make a system based website that support to know the location and do cross tabulation. The results of making the system is after in the trials to the researchers get feedback. The researchers easy to understand with a user interface of the system and the results provided of the system can meet the needs of the researchers.
