ANALISIS PENGARUH TEKNOLOGI, MARKET SIZE, DAN EFISIENSI PASAR TENAGA KERJA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI INDONESIA DALAM ERA INDUSTRI 4.0
Abstract
Abstract — The main focus of this study is about Indonesia readiness facing Industry Revolution 4.0 these days through Technology Readiness, Market Size, and Labor Market Efficiency that affect Economic Growth in term of GDP PPP within 2008 – 2018 in Indonesia. This study using explanatory study base with quantitative and multiple regression analysis presentative. The summary of this study are technology readiness and market size are main factor drive the economic growth significantly although Labor Market Efficiency didn’t affect the economic growth significantly. Suggesting Indonesia government and other institutions to cooperate for advancing the technology in Indonesia and extending the market size aim to be ready for facing the Industry Revolution 4.0.

Abstrak — Skripsi ini membahas mengenai kesiapan Indonesia dalam menghadapi situasi Revolusi Industri 4.0 saat ini melalui Kesiapan Teknologi, Ukuran Pasar, dan Efisiensi Pasar Tenaga Kerja dalam mempengaruhi Pertumbuhan Ekonomi berupa PDB KKB selama periode 2008‐2018 di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan penerapan penelitian eksplanatori dan bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah, Kesiapan Teknologi dan Ukuran Pasar dapat mempengaruhi Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Indonesia secara signifikan sedangkan Efisiensi Pasar Tenaga Kerja tidak berdampak secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Pemerintah Indonesia beserta lembaga dan institusi lain dihimbau agar bekerjasama dalam mengembangkan kemajuan teknologi di Indonesia dan memperluas ukuran pasar agar dapat dikatan siap dalam menghadapi Revolusi Industri 4.0.
