PENGARUH SIKAP PENGGUNAAN UANG PADA ANAK MUDAH DALAM PENGGUNAAN KARTU KREDIT TERHADAP PEMBELIAN KOMPULSIF DI SURABAYA
Abstract
Pada gaya hidup yang semakin berkembang ini membuat banyaknya gaya hidup masyarakat yang konsumtif dalam menyalurkan kartu kredit. Penelitian ini berfokus pada money attitude dan yang sangat mempengaruhi compulsive buying dan credit card usage. Hasil kajian konseptual ini diharapkan mampu memberikan wawasan dan kesadaran bagi anak-anak muda yang tidak bisa menahan penggunaan uang dalam menggunakan kartu kredit yang sering melakukan pembelian kompulsif. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 307 orang. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dan diolah menggunakan software SPSS versi 18.0 for Windows serta AMOS versi 22.0 for Windows untuk pengujian Model Measurement dan Structural. Hasil perhitungan menunjukan bahwa power-prestige, anxiety dan credit card usage yang mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap compulsive buying. Sedangkan retention-time mempunyai pengaruh negatif terhadap compulsive buying. Dari beberapa variabel ada 1 yang tidak menunjukan adanya pengaruh langsung terhadap compulsive buying yakni distrust. Penelitian ini dapat mendukung aktivitas manajer bank untuk memberikan promo kartu kredit yang lebih menarik lagi.
