PENGARUH KUALITAS LAYANAN DAN KUALITAS MAKANAN PADA KEPUASAN DAN LOYALITAS KONSUMEN RESTORAN KOREA ‘MYOUNG GA’ DI SURABAYA DENGAN PERAN MODERASI ATMOSFER
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh langsung dari kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas makanan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen, sekaligus peran moderasi persepsi suasana restoran khas Korea di Surabaya yaitu restoran ‘Myoung Ga’. Sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer yang artinya diperoleh dari responden melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 130 orang, yang pernah berkunjung ke restoran ‘Myoung Ga’ dalam 6 bulan terakhir, dan memiliki pendidikan terakhir minimal SMA/SMK/sederajat. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah non-probability sampling dengan jenis judgement sampling. Aras pengukuran yang digunakan adalah aras interval. Penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan aplikasi AMOS 16. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan, kualitas makanan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Atmosfer memiliki hubungan moderasi yang signifikan antara kualitas layanan, kualitas makanan dan kepuasan pelanggan, atmosfer memiliki hubungan moderasi yang signifikan antara kualitas layanan, kualitas makanan dan loyalitas pelanggan.
