MODIFIKASI BUILD-MEASURE-LEARN LOOP DARI KONSEP LEAN START-UP YANG TEPAT PADA PERUSAHAAN START-UP DI JAWA TIMUR
Abstract
INTISARI - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam mengenai konsep Lean Startup yang cocok untuk di terapkan di Indonesia khususnya di Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah 3 startup yang berdomisi di Jawa Timur yakni Eureka Dream Project, Reblood, dan Pocket Money. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Kelebihan dari Validasi Masalah dari Konsep Lean Startup adalah mengurangi risiko aktifitas sampah (non valueadded) tetapi validasi masalah ini masih terkendala dengan risiko akses pasar; (2) Kelebihan dari Build Phase adalah untuk meminimalisir risiko pasar tetapi masih terkendala dengan kebingungan marketing; (3) dengan lingkungan startup dan teknologi yang masih berkembang di Indonesia maka diperlukan external input dan stakeholder yang berperan sehingga BML Loop dapat diimplementasikan untuk mengurangi risiko para startup lokal.
