EFEKTIVITAS PELATIHAN KETERAMPILAN DASAR KONSELING UNTUK PENANGGULANGAN WORK FAMILY CONFLICT (WFC) DAN PERANCANGAN SISTEM PENYELENGGARAAN KONSELING
Abstract
Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas pelatihan keterampilan dasar konseling pada level managerial untuk penanggulangan work family conflict (WFC) pada karyawan di CV. X. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan mix method yaitu kuantitaif dan kualitatif. Pada tahap asesmen yang menggunakan teknik wawancara ditemukan bahwa perusahaan membutuhkan sebuah pelatihan yang dapat menunjang dan mengembangkan potensi-potensi yang dimiliki oleh karyawan. Dari hasil TNA (Training Need Analysis) ditemukan adanya indikasi konflik kerja-keluarga yang dialami oleh karyawan yang berada pada posisi staff, adanya hubungan yang kurang baik antara atasan, bawahan dimana para bawahan merasa bahwa atasan sering kali bersikap acuh terhadap masalah yang mereka hadapi, serta pengetahuan para manajer yang kurang memadai terkait konseling, sehingga topik pelatihan yang diangkat adalah keterampilan dasar konseling. Hasil dari pelatihan ―Knowing You Better‖ yang dilakukan kepada para manager ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada beberapa aspek dan peserta pelatihan, pada evaluasi pembelajaran knowledge ada 7 orang peserta yang memberikan perubahan hasil yang signifikan, sedangkan pada evaluasi pembelajaran skill ada 5 orang peserta yang memiliki peningkatan yang signifikan. Berdasarkan uji statistik pada evaluasi pembelajaran knowledge yang dilakukan diketahui skor sig (0.016) <0.05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum diberikan dan sesudah diberikannya pelatihan. Selain itu dibuatlah sebuah rangkaian sistem untuk perusahaan berupa sistem penyelenggaraan konseling dan sistem sosialisasi yang dapat digunakan perusahaan untuk memperkenalkan proses konseling kepada seluruh karyawan yang ada di dalam perusahaan, sehingga konseling dapat dilakukan secara berkelanjutan di dalam perusahaan.

Abstract. This study aims to measure the effectiveness of basic skills training counseling at managerial level for the prevention of work family conflict (WFC) on employee CV. X. The approach used in this study is a mix method, quantitative and qualitative. At this stage of assessment using interview techniques found that the company needed a training that can support and develop the potential of which is owned by the employees. From the results of TNA (Training Need Analysis) found indications of conflicts of work-family experienced by employees in the position of staff, their uneasy relations between superiors, subordinates in which subordinates feel that the boss is often indifferent to the problems they face, as well as knowledge managers inadequate related counseling, so that the training topics raised were basic counseling skills. The results of the training "Knowing You Better" conducted to the manager showed an improvement in some aspects, the evaluation of learning knowledge there are seven participants who make a difference significant results, while the evaluation of learning skills there are five participants had a significant increase , Based on statistical tests on the evaluation of learning knowledge is made known score sig (0016)> 0.05, which means that there are significant differences between before and after it provides training given. In addition it made a series of systems to companies in the form of implementation of the system of counseling and dissemination system that can be used by companies to introduce counseling process to all employees in the company, so that counseling can be done in a sustainable manner in the company.
