PERKEMBANGAN DAN DAMPAK POSITIF DAN NEGATIF E‐COMMERCE BAGI UMKM SEKTOR FURNITUR DAN KONSUMEN
Abstract
Abstract ‐ This thesis discusses the the development and impact positive of negative of e‐commerce for SMEs furniture sector and consumers. Their e‐commerce can be utilized SMEs furniture sector to expand its market and save on the cost of marketing. The use of e‐commerce can also be used by consumers to obtain the necessary information about a product. This is a qualitative study using triangulation analysis. The results of this study explain how their e‐commerce as a means of buying and selling whether positive or negative impact for the SMEs furniture sector and consumers.

Abstrak - Skripsi ini membahas mengenai perkembangan dan dampak positif dan negatif e‐commerce bagi UMKM sektor furnitur dan konsumen. Munculnya e‐commerce dapat dimanfaatkan pelaku UMKM sektor furnitur untuk memperluas pasarnya dan menghemat biaya pemasarannya. Penggunaan e‐commerce juga dapat dimanfaatkan oleh para konsumen untuk memperoleh informasi yang dibutuhkan mengenai suatu produk. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis trianggulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana adanya e‐commerce sebagai alat jual‐beli apakah berdampak positif atau negatif bagi pelaku UMKM sektor furnitur dan konsumen.
