About the Journal
Focus and Scope
The term Keluwih comes from keluwih leaf which is one of the symbols of the University of Surabaya. In this symbol, keluwih leaf means high ideals of knowledge (Linuwih).
Keluwih: Jurnal Kesehatan dan Kedokteran (Keluwih: Journal of Health and Medicine) is an online, open access, and peer-reviewed journal. JKK is published twice a year (December, June; First published in December 2019). This journal aims to disseminate the results of original research, case report, and critical reviews in the fields of health and medicine. This focus and scopes include, but are not limited to a pharmacy, medicine, public health, and health biotechnology fields.
Peer Review Process
Keluwih: Jurnal Kesehatan dan Kedokteran Published by Direktorat Penerbitan dan Publikasi Ilmiah (PPI), University of Surabaya (UBAYA). All manuscripts submitted to Keluwih: Jurnal Kesehatan dan Kedokteran undergo a rigorous screening and review process to ensure that they fit into the journal's scope and are of sufficient academic quality and novelty to appeal to Keluwih: Jurnal Kesehatan dan Kedokteran readership. Keluwih: Jurnal Kesehatan dan Kedokteran employs a double-blind peer review, in which both author(s) and reviewers identities are concealed from each other.

Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public, supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. This journal is open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to users or / institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to full text articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or author. This is in accordance with Budapest Open Access Initiative.
Manuscripts submitted to JKK will be automatically screened for plagiarism using Turnitin. Papers found to contain a significant amount of plagiarism (including self-plagiarism) will be automatically rejected.
