Vol. 34 No. 3 (2019): ANIMA Indonesian Psychological Journal (Vol. 34, No. 3, 2019)

Anima first published on 28 October 1985 publishes research reports and scientific papers in psychology and/or related sciences with the aim to advance science, knowledge, and theory of psychology in Indonesia.

Other than its goal to cultivate psychology in Indonesia, Anima also participates in putting academic integrity to the forefront throughout the publication process for each article submitted to the editor's desk. Henceforth, each article will pass through a thorough selection from the editorial board and a blind peer-review process. The editors and consultants will also provide detailed assistance for authors to reach publication to ensure the published articles meet the research publication's ethical standards. Anima also employs a format-free publication. This practice encourages authors to focus on the article's contents while adhering to the scientific writing fundamentals and the American Psychological Association (APA) Styles.

As one of the pioneers of scientific psychological publication in Indonesia, Anima's ultimate goal is to actively participate in pushing the advancement of psychological science and scientists in Indonesia through a scientific publication that upholds the academic integrity and publication ethics.
