HUBUNGAN ANTARA KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA DAN MODAL PSIKOLOGIS DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI

Abstract

Komitmen organisasi adalah aspek yang penting dalam organisasi. Komitmen organisasi memiliki tiga aspek yaitu komitmen afektif, komitmen berkelanjutan, dan komitmen normatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi komitmen organisasi antara lain k ualitas kehidupan kerj a dan modal psikologis.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini a dalah metode kuantitatif dengan cara penyebaran kuisioner dan didukung data sekunder berupa wawancara. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai tetap PT. Telkom Regional V Jawa Timur. Dari beberapa populasi yaitu 150 pegawai, sebanyak 112 pegawai menjadi sample dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda.Hubungan antara Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja dan Mod al Psikologis dengan Komitmen Organisasi menunjukan hasil dari pengujian statistik terd apat hubungan antara dengan nilai d engan nilai sig nifikansi (p<0,05). Temuan lain s elanjutnya didapatkan korelasi par sial antara Kualitas Ke hidupan Kerja den gan Komitmen Organisasi dengan signifikansi (p<0,05) dan korelasi parsial antara Modal Psikologisdengan Komitmen O rganisasi dengan signifikansi (p<0,05). Hasil t emuan ini mendukung hipotesis ad anya hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dan modal psikologis dengan komitmen organisasi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, perusahaan diharapkan memerhatikan keadaan lingkungan kerja yang baik dan bermanfaat untuk pegawai, serta merespon kebutuhan dan keluhan yang masih dirasakan pegawai.
